A short set of questions. What you sell, who comes in, what people ring up to ask, and what you want the website to stop you having to explain.

What we need from youYour answers, typed however you like.

Words and pictures. Most projects wait here rather than anywhere else, so we send a checklist, a folder to drop things into, and a nudge if it goes quiet.

What we need from youPhotographs, opening hours, prices, and anything already written.

You choose the look: the typefaces, the colours, the feel of it. We show you the options side by side so it is a real choice rather than a guess.

What we need from youA preference, or a website you like the look of.

Real pages in a browser with your own words in them, starting with the homepage. No greeked text, no wireframes that look like nothing.

What we need from youTime to look at it on your own phone.

One substantial round, then a smaller one. Say the awkward thing now. We would much rather hear it here than six months after launch.

What we need from youComments in one place, in your own words.

The design becomes hand-written HTML and CSS. Forms wired up, content loaded, everything typed out rather than dragged in.

What we need from youNothing. This part is ours.

Real phones, keyboard only, slow connection, and every form submitted to make sure it lands where it should.

What we need from youNothing, though a second pair of eyes never hurts.

One invoice for £500, payable when you have seen the finished website and are happy with it. No deposit, and no instalments to keep track of.

What we need from youA bank transfer.

Live on your own domain, or on a free address if you would rather not buy one. After that: standard updates from £50, or an optional plan at £45 a month for up to five updates. Nothing renews unless you ask for it.
