Also available
Domain name
and business email.
We also offer a domain name service. We find the name, register it, point it at your website and set up the addresses people actually write to, so nothing important lands in a personal inbox with somebody else's brand in the name.
- Domain name
- from £15 a year
- Business email
- Up to three included
- Additional addresses
- £5 each
Domains start at £15 a year. The exact cost depends on the name itself, and we check first and tell you before anything is bought.
Three professional addresses on your own domain, set up on your phone and your computer before you need them.
For a second location, a new member of staff, or accounts kept separate from enquiries.
For exampleenquiries@yourchosendomain.com
Not interested? That is completely fine. The free address above costs nothing and works exactly the same way.
Questions
The things
everybody asks.
And a few things people only think to ask after they have paid somebody else.
It depends on the site, and mostly on how quickly the words and photographs come together — that is almost always the part that sets the pace, which is why we send a checklist early. Once we have seen what is involved we give you a realistic timeframe and keep you posted rather than going quiet.
Photographs, opening hours, prices, and anything already written about the business. If you have a logo, that too. If any of it is missing we will tell you what would help most and what can wait.
We will edit and shape what you give us as part of the price, and that gets most businesses where they need to be. If a site needs writing from scratch we quote for it separately rather than pretending it is free.
Yes. Send whatever you have, including a photograph of a sign if that is all there is. If the file is not good enough to use at full size we will say so and suggest the cheapest way to fix it.
Yes, and existing content can usually be carried across. We will keep anything worth keeping and be straight with you about what is not.
You do. The typefaces, the colours and the overall feel are your call. Our job is to take that direction and make it work properly on every page and every screen.
Yes, and it is designed for phones first rather than shrunk down afterwards. Most visitors will arrive on one, so that is the layout we start with.
Yes. Standard updates start at £50. If your site changes often there is an optional plan at £45 a month covering up to five updates. Neither is compulsory.
You do. The design, the code and the content are yours outright once the invoice is paid. If you ever want to move it elsewhere, we hand over the files without making it difficult.
No. If you would rather not, your website goes live free at an address like yourbusiness.vercel.app, which works exactly the same way. This website uses one. If you do want your own name, our domain service starts at £15 a year and includes up to three business email addresses.
Not unless you choose the optional update plan. There is no retainer, no licence and nothing that renews on its own. A domain, if you buy one, renews once a year in your name.
We stay close after it goes live, because that is when the small things surface. After that you can leave it alone entirely, or send changes as they come up.
The concept
costs nothing.
Tell us about the business and we will show you what your homepage could look like before you decide anything at all.
